Privacy Policy

Privacy and Information Safeguarding: NAEH’s primary goal is to protect the privacy of its members and their information. In the course of administering the Association, we collect nonpublic personal information from such sources as:

  • Information reported by members to the NAEH
  • Information about members’ transactions from vendors or payment processing companies.

Where the NAEH does share certain nonpublic information to service our members, we do not disclose such information about our members or former members to anyone, except as permitted by law. To provide members with the utmost service, we may disclose the information below with regard to our members and/or former members as necessary to perform certain services, or as otherwise required by law:

  • Information the NAEH receives from members applications (name, address, phone numbers, etc.)
  • Information about members’ transaction history with the NAEH
  • At times, we may disclose nonpublic personal information to affiliated third parties including our Office Support Specialist. Information collected may be shared as described above.

 The NAEH has implemented internal safeguards to protect the nonpublic information collected. Such safeguards include physical, electronic, and procedural protections. The NAEH also restricts access to such information to those contractor’s that service members’ needs.
